Darshana Hall Plantation is a wonderful place to visit and tour for young and old alike. We do groups for church activities, civic orgaizations, clubs or for just a family outing.

Darshana Hall Plantation is a private residence and was designated a National Historic Place by the US Department of the Interior in 1973. Darshana is one of the oldest and largest plantations the Southern Piedmont of North Carolina. The first house here was built in 1753 for John McElwrath. Our tours are one hour and entrance fees contribute to the restoration and maintenance of the plantation.
